STAFF POSITIONS
Production Director / Manager
(Full-time) The Production Director/Manager plays a key role in creating excellent, distraction-free environments where people can hear God’s Word and respond in worship. This role combines hands-on technical skill with leadership, team-building, and systems development. This role oversees church-wide production for weekend worship gatherings, regular weekday ministry gatherings, and special events. He/She recruits, trains, and empowers volunteers so that ministry coverage does not rely solely on their physical presence, while ensuring that volunteers are equipped to operate systems confidently and respond appropriately when problems arise. At times, this role will personally run production positions as needed—especially for smaller gatherings and midweek ministry needs. He/She will use their gifts for the benefit of Gospel City Church by contributing to the quality, consistency, and scalability of production ministry.

VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
Volunteer Jobs are specialized opportunities to serve in a more defined role at Gospel City. These positions come alongside our staff and ministry leaders to help facilitate ministry and provide extra care within the discipleship contexts of our church. Each role includes a written job description, clear expectations, a defined ministry commitment, and an application process.
PRESCHOOL HALLWAY HOST
(Volunteer, Part-Time) The Volunteer Preschool Hallway Host supports the Children’s Discipleship ministry team by greeting and checking in the Nursery and Preschool Volunteers prior to the start of a Sunday morning service. The Hallway Host serves the children and volunteers by making themselves available for assistance. This role is very important for maintaining a safe and effective children’s discipleship environment.

STUDENTS WELCOME TEAM LEAD
(Volunteer, Part-Time) The Students Welcome Team Lead will provide valuable assistance to the Volunteer Students Coordinator on Wednesday Nights by overseeing the student welcome team volunteers, supporting a welcoming environment, and connecting new students to the check-in process.
