FALL 2024 MEN’S RETREAT
WHEN: Friday evening – Saturday evening, October 4-5, 2024
WHERE: Bair Lake Bible Camp (12500 Prang St, Jones, MI 49061)
WHO: Men, ages 18 & up (16-17 year-olds may attend with an accompanying adult)
COST: $109 per person
OPTIONAL T-SHIRT: An exclusive long-sleeve t-shirt is available to purchase for $25 during registration (see below for details)
The Fall 2024 Men’s Retreat is being hosted in partnership with Gospel City Church, Gospel Community Church, and Harvest Lakeshore (see FAQ below). The goal of this retreat is to be challenged and discipled together as we connect with other men and build relationships within the church. We will hear messages centered around John 15 from Pastors Micah Klutinoty, Ben Hurt, and Jamie Maxim.

Long-sleeve shirts are available to purchase for $25 during registration only (none will be available for purchase at the retreat. The final design is subject to change slightly, but the working concept is featured here. Must register by noon on September 20 to purchase a shirt.
INFO + FAQ
ROOMING ASSIGNMENTS + ACCOMMODATIONS
You will be given your rooming assignment when you arrive for check in. Our housing accommodations are primarily cabin style with bunk beds. You will need to bring your own bedding to put on the bare mattresses.
If you are the guest of someone who invited you, please let us know during the registration process, so that we can ensure you are able to room together.
ACCESSIBILITY + MOBILITY
While the majority of our programming spaces are accessible to all, there are some lodging accommodations we’ll be using at Bair Lake that are only accessible by stairways. Also, all cabins are bunk-based, which means 50% of you will be on a top bunk. If you have mobility or accessibility needs related to accommodations, please let us know during the registration process.
MEALS
On Friday evening—a “heavy snack” will be provided to all participants.
On Saturday—breakfast, lunch, and dinner will all be provided.
Coffee will also be available.
FOOD ALLERGIES
Bair Lake Bible Camp is able to address most food allergy needs, provided that they are aware well in advance of the retreat dates. Please make note of any food allergies we should be aware of when you register.
Is this different than Bair Lake's annual men's retreat?
Yes, this retreat is being exclusively developed by Gospel City Church, Gospel Community Church, and Harvest Lakeshore. These churches are partnering together to develop all of the programming and activities.
There will be plenty of time to fellowship with one another and we’ll have some organized activities. However, following activities will NOT be part of our time together (Trap Shooting, the Stand, Zipline, Climbing Tower, High Ropes Course).
