Wilson and his wife, Laura, have three grown children and two granddaughters. Originally from North Carolina and Wisconsin, respectively, they met at Liberty University and have been married since 1982.

At the beginning of his service at Gospel City, the Lord gave him 1 John 3:16 as his passion and mission: “By this we know love, that he laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers.”

Wilson (and Laura) have been to all 50 states and Wilson has preached in 37. Now he’s going to different countries, and loves it!
