How I came into relationship with Jesus Christ I’m thankful to have grown up in a Christian home where talking about the things of Christ was a normal and natural thing to do. When I was eight, I came to understand my sin . . . and what I deserved because of it . . . but the good news was that Jesus had given his life to rescue and redeem me! The Lord used my parents to lead me to receive Him! Looking back over the last 40+ years of walking with Christ, I’m so grateful for his lovingkindness with me and that he his held me fast! It’s all been grace . . . amazing grace!

How I came to Gospel City Church The Lord has made it clear to us that he wants us investing here – doing all that we can do to help Gospel City flourish in making disciples here in Michiana and in other places too. We’ve had deep “gospel friendships” with many here for many years. And now, God in his kindness has arranged it so that I can minister here full-time. God orchestrated this moment.

What I do at Gospel City Church I’m here to do all I can to multiply the efforts of all that Gospel City is and does here in Granger but around Planet Earth too! I’m here to pastor and shepherd, but focus also on Pillar 4 efforts, expansion efforts, messaging, missions, and media. I’ll work closely with all of the staff in our church planting efforts and investing in the Great Commission Collective. I want to take what God is doing here and export it to God’s glory in his timing.

Why I do what I do I’m here to help press the gospel in with you . . . to grow our appetite for the Christ and his gospel here at Gospel City. We’ve got to get the gospel right AND we’ve got to get the gospel in. But not only that: we’ve got to get the gospel out. I’m here because of the gospel and Christ’s call on me to partner with you in expanding our efforts here at home and around the world.
