The discipleship of Women at Gospel City is why our Women’s Ministry exists. We desire to see every woman take a daily step closer to the person she was created to be. This year, we are taking a big step together in intentional discipleship with our 1:1 Discipleship Program. We invite you to join us as we walk through a one-to-one, year-long mentorship program, touching on topics such as prayer, identity, relationships and more!

We believe one-to-one mentorship is modeled in Scripture and a Biblical way to approach personal discipleship. As we grow in Christ-likeness, it is our calling to bring others alongside, teaching them what God’s Word commands, and how we have seen and lived it practically in our lives.

Gospel City Women’s 1:1 Discipleship Program is a year-long commitment in a one-to-one mentoring relationship to encourage and challenge one another in your walk with Jesus. Our next wave of mentoring will begin in January 2021.

Apply to be a Mentor

How do you know if you are ready to be a Mentor? The 1:1 journey is designed to help you walk with a younger believer, sharing what God has taught you. A few questions you can ask yourself: Do I have a daily practice of being in the Word? Do I have a healthy prayer life? Am I regularly growing and learning in my personal discipleship? You don’t have to be doing it perfectly, we are all a process. If you feel called to be a mentor, but aren’t sure, reach out to a Pastor or Small Group Leader to help you assess if it’s the right step for you! Apply by December 6, 2020.
